The Gold Country Inn
Welcome to the Gold Country Inn
Located on Highway 49, historic Angels Camp is famous for it's old gold mining operations, Mark Twain's writings and the Annual Calaveras County Jumping Frog Contest.

This is a great destination for family vacations and romantic weekends. Our Inn is on the original main street with its quaint shops, notable restaurants and nearby wineries.

Excellent trout and bass fishing is available in the surrounding lakes, rivers and streams. Thousands of forest trails suitable for hikers and mountain bikers, lead to hidden caves, rivers, gold panning mines and lakes. The views are spectacular.
